SHIPPING

  • Teddy Bear Australia ships and deliver products Australia wide using delivery and transportation companies (currently for local deliveries - Delivery Kings, for shipping to other areas- TNT couriers).
  • Shipping price depends on the size and weight of the product and the location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
  • All orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days in non-peak periods. Shipping might take couple of days and are estimated at between 3-14 business days depending on your location within Australia.
  • During the Holidays there might be some delays, so make sure you book your gift in advance. Pre- order products might take up to 2-4 weeks to be delivered.
  • All deliveries through TNT courier service requires a signature upon delivery. Please make sure that someone is at home on delivery day to accept the parcel.
  • Deliveries are only to be made to physical addresses. Post Office Boxes are not accepted. If delivery is unable to be completed at the nominated address, parcel will be returned to our office. For the second delivery arrangement you will need to cover the cost.
  • If one of the teddy bears are at “pre-order” stage, it means, this item will arrive in 2-4 weeks. You can still make an order and choose your preferable delivery day.
  • If, in any case, we cannot despatch promptly, we may cancel the item from the order and refund the value.
  • If you request Express Shipping post, please choose express shipping option at checkout. It takes 1 business day to to dispatch, and 2-3 business days to be delivered in major cities. Delivery to regional areas might take 2-5 business days.
  • Pick up Teddy Bear option is available in Sydney, NSW. If you wish to pick up yourself, please contact us in advance.
  • We offer special personal delivery ( Sydney only). We can deliver straight to receiver's home in person and deliver your custom message. Weekends and after hours available.

RETURNS

  • We offer a full refund within 7 days from delivery day. Shipping cost is not refundable and the returning cost is covered by the buyer.
  • NOTE:  in order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the below requirements:
    •  The product is in original condition with all the tags still attached
    • The item has absolutely no marks or stains
  • As soon as we receive an item returned, we will inspect it and get in touch with you regarding issuing the full refund. We will provide a full refund if only the item is not damaged and is in an unused condition.
  • Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
